JEA Education Programs

Participation in JEA requires a yearly program fee for Retail Jewelers, jewelry designers, and manufacturers. This program fee includes continuing education to keep informed of the latest news, issues, and trends that are of importance to same-sex couples.

Training for individual employees and sales associates is provided as professional development classes and courses. The associated course fees are for individual people, not for an entire company. Course completion certificates will be issued for the registered person only.

Education will also cover topics needed to gain the trust of same-sex couples and turn them into lifetime, repeat purchase clients.

Education will be provided through seminars, webinars, and website training.
